My Story

I love a good story (the PR gal in me) so here is mine.

As with many good stories, life takes a turn after you become a Mum, and for me that is no different. In the PR and Marketing field I supported high-end fashion brands at a PR agency as well as contributing in-house to the Marketing and PR endeavours of an iconic Australian fashion label. I honed my skills in crafting compelling campaigns and fostering relationships with the media, which I loved. However, as a real people person with a desire to 'do more', I made a leap into education. I completed a Master's degree in Education and worked as a teacher for over six years, nurturing young minds and helping them realise their potential. Then came Covid lockdowns, my two little girls, and a desire for flexibility and autonomy. To build something I could call my own.

I started out as a Virtual Assistant and what began as flexible work around family quickly became something much bigger. Working closely and exclusively with an education-based business, I found myself doing far more than tasks. I was managing systems, coordinating teams, overseeing launches, tracking performance, and becoming the person who kept the whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes. I wasn't just supporting the business, I was helping to run it.

That evolution is what led me to Online Business Management and to a niche that feels like everything coming full circle. Whether it's a school-based business, a consultant teaching educators and school leaders, or a course creator helping adults learn new skills, I bring something most OBMs simply don't have: I've been in the classroom. I understand how education businesses are built, how their audiences think, and what it actually takes to deliver a quality learning experience. This is an industry I know deeply and genuinely care about and that insider knowledge means I don't just manage the operations, I understand the why behind them, and that makes all the difference in how I show up for my clients

Today I work with education-based business owners, course creators, consultants, and membership site owners who need more than an extra pair of hands. They need a trusted partner who understands their world, manages their team and projects with care, and gives them the freedom to focus on the work only they can do.

What Clients are Saying

“Working with Bianca for the past four months has been like a dream come true.

From the day I met her she has been incredibly responsive, efficient and her eye for detail is exceptional. Bianca has a wide range of skills and knowledge. She is outstanding on Canva, and her background in PR and Education has enabled her to provide amazing insights into my business. Bianca is incredibly hard working, diligent, trustworthy and has a 'no fuss', 'can do', positive and practical approach to her work. She has incredibly high standards, uses her initiative and is an independent problem solver who can work with minimal direction.

With Bianca you get way more than a VA! Bianca is now an integral part of my team, and I couldn't imagine my business without her!”

Dr Ange Rogers - Numeracy Teachers Academy

"I had the pleasure of engaging Bianca for a research and resource creation project for my business. She took the time to understand the type of work that I do, my client base and the specific, and quite niche, type of information I was needing. Bianca’s service was prompt and thorough, and the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. I look forward to working with Bianca again in the future.."

  • I moved to Sydney when I was 18, met my husband there and enjoyed the fast pace of life until I became a mum and wanted to slow down and be closer to family! So many years later we find out selves back in Adelaide (affectionally coined “Rads”). The move has been huge but we are slowly finding our feet and loving the change.

  • Being a Mum is by far the best job in the world, and most certainly the hardest. I am the proud mum of two delightful little girls (4 & 2) who keep me on my toes, and while they certainly add a touch of chaos (and loads of drama) to my life, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • As an extroverted introvert, I thrive on the energy of social interactions and can often be the life of the party. However, I also deeply value my solitary moments, and you’ll often find me curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.

  • My favourite meal is my mother’s lasagna, affectionately dubbed "Nonna’s lasagna" by my daughter. Yet, despite my fondness for this family classic, I’m also a health enthusiast and am frequently seen indulging in various concoctions that might make my husband cringe (sorry, darling).

  • I dream of retiring in Italy one day!

  • I am an avid reader and can often be found devouring a book a week.

  • My love for learning is likely what led me to a career in teaching. I thrived in both school and university, and I continue to seek out new courses to enhance my skills and knowledge.
